GyneFlex

GyneFlexTM Insertion Instructions
  1. Lie on your back (with or without a pillow under your buttocks) with your feet flat and your knees bent.
  2. Squeeze the ribbed handles together
  3. Hold the lips of your vulva apart with one hand.
  4. Insert the GyneFlexTM into your vagina with your other hand.
    GyneFlex<SUP>TM</SUP> Insertion
    GyneFlexTM should be inserted so that it flexes in a front to back manner
  5. Using the same muscles that you use to stop a urine stream or bowel movement, pull up the muscles, squeeze the GyneFlexTM and hold for a count of ten or as long as possible.
  6. Relax the muscles completely.
  7. Repeat steps 5 & 6.
  8. Work up to 21 repetitions (a set) of Squeezing, Holding and Relaxing your pelvic floor muscles.
